Job Description / Responsibility :

• Team Management of Life Insurance product's sales persons.
• Having the ability to stay focused on sales & achieving business target.
• Continue learning, team work, strong capacity to train up for team building.
• Ability to work independently in the high potential marketplace in Bangladesh.

Job Nature : Full-time

Educational Requirements :

• Bachelor from a well reputed University/ College.
• Willing to develop a professional career in the life insurance industry.
• Having social connections, sports & cultural activities will get preference.

Job Requirements :

• Age 25 to 45 year(s)
• Energetic, smart & hardworking with convincing power to be a successful leader.
• Deliver excellent after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction & relationship.
• Coordination with executives & Management in preparing monthly, weekly & daily reports.

Job Location : Anywhere in Bangladesh
