Job Description / Responsibility :
- Looking for new sales opportunities
- Primary analysis for either to accept or reject the business proposal.
- Conducting a thorough analysis and due diligence on the management, financial, market aspects of the project.
- Maintain and manage regular contact with customers to ensure Client Due Diligence (CDD)
- Ensure post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review
- Work as a team and achieve great result through teamwork. Provides voluntary assistance. Supports a sense of team spirit.

Educational Requirements : Minimum Graduate (preferably in the field of Business Studies).
Experience Requirements : 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Requirements :
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Corporate and other relevant experience in Banking/ Non-Banking Financial Institutions.
- Must have strong knowledge in Corporate 8, Institutions activities, Business Development, Relationship Management, and be highly committed to customer services.
- Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

- Grade: Senior Officer/ Principal Officer
Job Description / Responsibility :
- Survey potential rnarket to explore SME Medium (big ticket size) business opportunities.
- Analyze and inspect market accurately to increase SME Medium business growth.
- Establish good relationship between LankaBangla Finance Ltd. and potential customer (MNCs and reputed local company) as mediator.
- Justify the credit worthiness of potential borrowers.
- Achieve individual annual sales target and collection target.
- Increase the sales volume of SME medium business products.
- Assist in handling customer complaints in a positive manner and converting complaints into services
- Improvement opportunities.
- Ensure superior services by providing fastest possible SME medium loan.
Job Nature : Full-time
Educational Requirements : Graduate/ Post Graduate from any reputed public/ private university, preferably from business background
Experience Requirements : 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Requirements :
- Age At most 35 year(s)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant field of Banking/ Non-Banking Financial Institutions is required
- Experience on Medium Segment Business will be considered as an added advantage
- Knowledge on mortgage related documents is required
- Well conversant in MS Office
- Good command in oral and written communication skills (both English and Bengali)
