QA Associate Director

Position –  QA Associate Director Location – Rockville MD 20850 Position Type – 12+ month contract   Quailifications Candidate needs to be a lone ranger with excellent Java programming skills with Spring framework, strong SQL knowledge Good knowledge of AWS, knowledge/experience with Spark a plus. We are looking for a solid developer who has a high attention to detail and quality orientation, since the role is for QA but their QA process involves coding in the application to draw data for testing. So the candidate should be willing to work in QA. Should also have the traits and leadership skills to lead a team of other QA engineers.   Responsibilities: QA Associate Director will be responsible for leading, developing, motivating and managing a team of QA Engineers while collaborating with other teams on the project. Lead and manage a programming team at technical and personnel level. Mentor junior programmers in the team and plan their skill development. Determine the technical needs for the team to work on a project assigned Help in setting up best practices for coding and conduct regular code reviews.
