Primary Purpose: Responsible for supporting planning and implementation of strategic initiatives, system enhancements, integration and conversion projects within National General Lender Services. Support Project Management Team with the definition of project scope, plans, goals, deliverables, tasks and resource requirements. Work closely with technology team, operations, technology departments, vendors, other departments and other business resources to document and implement solutions that are effective, informative and support the end users.
