1. Unescorted Enlisted Personnel Housing/80,000 SF 3 story cast in place concrete structure with masonry exterior and interior dorm type finishes, $33 million 2 year project. 2. Fire Station on base. 13,000 SF, structural steel, masonry exterior, living quarters, training facility. $8 million 10 month project PROJECT MANAGER Minimum Qualifications (General) Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction related discipline Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience Demonstrate commercial project experience up to $20M Competent understanding of plans and specifications Proficient reading, writing and communication skills Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and construction-based software Required Project Specific Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience working on U S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects as a Project Manager Complete understanding of USACE submittal procedure, reporting, meetings and general requirements Experience using Resident Management Systems (RMS), version 3.0 Schedule Management: Proficient in creating and managing Cost Loaded Schedule in Primavera 6 (P-6) Preparing monthly applications for payment. Anti-terrorism Force Protection: This project includes Blast Resistant exterior doors and windows. Preferred Additional Qualifications critical to this role are: Construction Quality Management (CQM) Certified. The CQM is a stand-alone position but it would be helpful if the PM is familiar with CQM since the PM must supervise the CQM Manager. An alternate CQM is also required, if the PM is certified, he/she could support the project as an alternate. The SSHO is a stand-alone position but it would be helpful if the PM is familiar with the standards since the PM must supervise the SSHO. An alternate SSHO is also required, if the PM is certified, he/she could support the project as an alternate. Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO), USACE EM385-1-1 Certified.
