Working in our sales team, you'll be part of a competitive and driven team who are determined to produce fantastic results on a daily basis, both as a team, and individually. The role involves dealing with a high level of warm, incoming/outgoing/face to face sales leads as well as taking control of a vast database and renewal customer. You must be an articulate, decisive and dynamic individual with the need to succeed! *Job Specification Lead management of incoming sales enquiries by telephone Prospect from current database Maintain our high renewal conversion rate Advise customers on the range of products we offer Qualify and assess customers' needs to offer them the most suitable products Use in-house systems to quote customers on various products Maintain accurate, detailed customer records Skills Required: Self-driven and quick thinking Excellent communication skills and an exceptional telephone manner Capability of dealing with an end to end sales process Ability to work as part of a focused and determined team Good level of numeracy Recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential Working in our east London office Part time offered, full time possible.  Base salary £70 per day + comission
