What You Will Do
As a Product Manager at Double, you will take ownership of the product roadmap and execute the delivery of high-leverage product improvements. Your responsibilities include:
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with our CEO, CTO, designers, and engineering teams to conceptualize, design, and launch new capabilities.
Customer Discovery: Engage directly with users and prospects to understand their pain points and identify new opportunities for innovation.
Data-Driven Prioritization: Work alongside our Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to prioritize features that directly align with our company's key performance indicators.
Technical Communication: Write detailed product tickets and ensure clear, ongoing communication with the engineering team as they build out features.
Business Impact: Use the product as a core lever to drive business growth, specifically targeting improvements in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and user adoption.
