Job Description / Responsibility :

• Settlement & Reporting of Treasury related activities in foreign currencies in compliance with all Central Bank regulations. City Bank Internal policies and compliance, product processing guidelines and code of conducts.
• Settlement of Foreign Exchange deal:
• Take print out of deal slip and deal confirmation (MT300)
• Prepare swift message (MT202, 300) as required.
• Send signed deal confirmation along with cheque /draft/deposit slip to B Bank for exchanging with counter party as required.
• Preparing voucher, Posting to FINACLE related day-to-day transactions & keeping files of all necessary documents.
• Settlement of OBU lending/ borrowing deal & fund transfer : Cross check and send MT 320 to counterparty, send vouchers to finance, make settlement payment through SWIFT message, execute internal fund transfer and make necessary transactions in FINACLE.
• Executing share buy/sale transaction, Daily share portfolio statement reporting, submission of 'Daily fresh investment in capital market (DPICM)' report to B Bank, Quarterly revaluation of shares.
• Verify Daily Foreign Exchange rates in FINACLE
• Prepare various reports like list of Inter-bank FX transaction report & daily inter-bank report, Daily Share portfolio statement and submit to concerned department B/Bank.
• Settlement of Cash Currency i.e. USD & other currency buy/sale and corporate deals, prepare voucher and posting to FINACLE.
• Any other activities designated by department head.

Job Nature : Full-time

Educational Requirements : 4 years of graduation/ Masters in any discipline preferably in business

Experience Requirements : At least 4 year(s)

Job Requirements :

• At least 4 years of relevant work-experience in a reputed bank/financial Org.
• Proactive and good at maintaining contacts and networking
• Good at record keeping and report preparing
