• Preparation of Product Costing, Job Costing, Batch Costing and Process Costing.
• Analysis of yield of Batch Costing.
• Special Costing for Tender and Export Sales.
• Preparation of Functional Budget (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) for the Company.
• Preparation of Flexible Budget
• Implementation of Budgetary Control System.
• Analysis of Budget Variance.
• Variance Analysis of material, labor and overhead.
• Product wise and batch wise profitability analysis.
• Marginal Costing and Differential Costing.
